The short version: Your photos are deleted after your blueprint is generated. We do not store images. We do not train AI models on your data. We do not sell or share your personal information. We use only ethical AI providers.
1. What We Collect
Photos you upload. We collect the photos you submit (typically a selfie, a body shot, and an outfit photo) solely to generate your style blueprint. These images are processed in memory and are not written to persistent storage. Once your blueprint has been generated, your photos are deleted.
Payment information. Payment is handled entirely by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive, see, or store your card number, bank details, or billing address. The payment processor may retain transaction records as required by financial regulations.
Blueprint content. The text and data in your generated blueprint is stored so that your permanent link remains accessible. This content does not include your original photos.
Basic analytics. We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as page views and blueprint generation counts) to improve the service. This data is not tied to your identity.
2. What We Do Not Collect
We do not require an account, username, password, or email address to use the service. We do not collect your name, location, or device information beyond what is standard in web server logs (IP address, browser type). We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your photos are used for one purpose: generating your style blueprint. They are sent to our AI provider for analysis, and the results are used to create your blueprint. That is the only use. Your photos are not stored, reviewed by humans, or used for any other purpose.
4. AI Processing
Your photos are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate your blueprint. We have selected our AI provider based on their commitment to ethical AI practices. Specifically:
Your photos and data are not used to train any AI models. Your photos are processed in accordance with our AI provider's data handling policies, which prohibit training on user-submitted content. We do not use AI services from Google or OpenAI.
5. Photo Deletion
Your uploaded photos are processed in memory during blueprint generation. They are not saved to any persistent storage system, database, or file server controlled by us. Once generation is complete, the image data is discarded. We have no ability to retrieve your photos after your blueprint has been delivered.
6. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate:
Payment processing: Handles your payment securely. We do not access or store your payment details.
AI provider: Processes your photos to generate blueprint content. Bound by data handling agreements that prohibit training on your data.
Hosting infrastructure: Serves the website and stores your generated blueprint text. Standard security practices apply.
We do not use any third-party advertising, remarketing, or data brokerage services.
7. Data Retention
Photos: Not retained. Deleted immediately after blueprint generation.
Blueprint content: Retained indefinitely so your permanent link continues to work. If you want your blueprint removed, contact us.
Payment records: Retained by our payment processor in accordance with financial regulations.
8. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your blueprint and its permanent link at any time by emailing us. Since we do not retain your photos or require an account, there is minimal personal data to manage. If you are located in the EU, UK, or Australia, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you.
9. Children
This service is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used this service, please contact us and we will delete the associated blueprint.
10. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Photos are processed in memory and not written to disk. Blueprint content is stored on secure infrastructure. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Material changes will be communicated through the website.

2. How It Works
You upload photos, pay a one-time fee, and receive a personalized style blueprint delivered as a permanent link. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no account required.
3. Payment
The service costs a one-time fee displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. All sales are final. We do not store your payment details — they are handled entirely by our payment processor.
4. Refunds
Because the blueprint is delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your blueprint, contact us at hey@ezaf.ai and we will resolve it or issue a refund.
5. Your Photos
Photos you upload are used solely to generate your blueprint. They are processed in memory and are not stored persistently after generation is complete. We do not use your photos to train any AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Your Blueprint
Your blueprint is delivered as a permanent link that you can access, share, and reference at any time. The content of your blueprint is generated by AI and is personalized to you. It is intended as guidance, not professional medical, fitness, or dermatological advice.
7. Not Professional Advice
The blueprint may include suggestions related to skincare, exercise, nutrition, and supplements. This content is informational only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before making changes to your skincare routine, diet, exercise program, or supplement intake.
8. AI-Generated Content
Your blueprint is generated by artificial intelligence. While we work to ensure high-quality and relevant output, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. We make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of any individual recommendation.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree to upload only photos of yourself (or photos you have explicit permission to use). You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or to resell blueprints commercially without permission.
10. Intellectual Property
The ezAF.ai name, branding, website design, and underlying technology are owned by us. Your blueprint content is generated for your personal use. You may share your blueprint link freely.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the service and your blueprint link available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ezAF.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
